6 Handy Chrome Extensions For Data Scientists
Chrome extensions are awesome. They provide so much extra utility to an already great browser experience and more often than not, they’re free! I wrote an article a couple of months ago about chrome extensions I use for digital marketing but now I wanted to talk about some that I use as a data scientist!
Depending on what kind of work you do, your mileage will vary with these extensions. Personally, I have used all these before and consider them to be great time-savers for some of the more tedious tasks in my work. There are many great data-related Chrome extensions out there, but these are the ones I keep going back to:
I upload notebooks to GitHub for just about every project I work on, and before this plugin, I would have to keep a copy of the notebook open just to test the code. Now, I can open a Github-hosted notebook in Google Colab straight from the Repository, which saves me SO much time! You can also open other notebooks on Github to quickly test and copy over code if you have multiple contributors. This one is super simple but easily one of my most used chrome extensions.
